OPINION

WALLS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Isaac Pearson seeks review of the final determination of the Commission er of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his claim for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3). This Court will reverse the Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ”) decision to deny benefits and remand the case to the Commissioner for further proceedings.
