David Lee Roberts was convicted of two counts of capital murder for the death of Annetra Jones, one count under § 13A-5-40(a)(2), Ala. Code 1975 — murder committed during the commission of a robbery — and one count under § 13A-5-40(a)(9) — murder committed during the commission of arson.
