On April 28, 2016, this matter came on for hearing before the Court on the motion of Arthur Duane Fields, Jr, and Kristen Lee Fields (“the debtors” or “the Fields-es”) seeking this Court’s authorization to incur secured debt and to obtain credit to purchase a vehicle.
