The defendant, Winston Leebert Grant, appeals from the judgment of conviction rendered after a jury trial of one count of conspiracy to commit murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-54a (a), and one count of murder, both as an accessory in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-54a (a), and as a coconspirator pursuant to the Pinkerton 1 doctrine.
