Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 11, 1986, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive benefits.

Claimant was discharged from her position as a teller with the Upstate Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) after allegedly disclosing confidential information to a third party in contravention of the Credit Union’s rules.
