¶ 1. J. Lisimba Love seeks review of a court of appeals summary disposition1 that affirmed the circuit court's order denying Love's post-conviction motion requesting a new trial on ineffective assistance of postconviction counsel and newly discovered evidence grounds.

¶ 2. Love argues that he presented sufficient material facts for a reviewing court to meaningfully assess his claims.
