MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
Economy Cast Stone Company (Economy), Debtor herein, filed its petition under Chapter 11, Title 11, United States Code, on October 5, 1979. Since the filing of the petition and pursuant to Order entered herein on October 25, 1979, Economy has continued to operate its business.
