Louys, justice of the peace, Defiance township, Defiance county, on an affidavit charging him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. After conviction, and affirmance of said conviction by the Common Pleas Court of Defiance County, an appeal to this court was taken in case No. 162.
