ZACHARY, Judge.

*734 *491 Ben Lee Capps ("Defendant") appeals from judgments entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of misdemeanor larceny, injury to personal property, and reckless driving to endanger. However, the trial court lacked jurisdiction to try Defendant on offenses alleged in the misdemeanor statement of charges. Thus, we vacate the judgment *492 stemming from the charges alleged in the misdemeanor statement of charges and remand to the trial court to resentence Defendant for his remaining conviction.
