McDONALD, Chief Justice.

Bill Long and seven others brought this suit in one of the district courts of Wichita County against the City of Wichita Falls, to' recover sums alleged to be owing to them for overtime sex-vices rendered by them as members of the fire department of that city. The plaintiffs recovered judgment upon a trial in which the jury was waived, and the defendant has appealed.
