Bill Long and seven others brought this suit in the District Court of Wichita County against the City of Wichita Falls, to recover sums alleged to be owing them for overtime services rendered by them as members of the fire department of said city. The judgment of the trial court was for the plaintiffs, but the Court of Civil Appeals dismissed the suit of W. J. Stone for la'ck of jurisdiction in the trial court and reversed…
