FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This Case is before the Court for confirmation of the First Amended Chapter 13 Plan (“the First Amended Plan”) filed by David C. Helms and Tonya M. Helms (“Debtors”) on December 28, 2000. (Doc. 84.) On January 8, 2001, Mamie L. Davis, the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee (“Trustee”), filed an Objection to Confirmation of Debtors’ First Amended Chapter 13 Plan (“the Objection to Confirmation”).
