Defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of unlawfully having in his possession intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes, contrary to the Enforcement Act of March 27, 1923, P. L. 34. Prom the sentence which followed in due course, he appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment (Com. v. Dabbierio, —there misprinted as Dabbiero,—89 Pa.
