Plaintiff brings this case under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., alleging termination of employment because of racial discrimination. Currently before the Court is a motion by defendants for sanctions pursuant to Rule 37(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure because of plaintiff’s conduct with respect to the transcript of his deposition.
