This is an application for mandamus to vacate an order transferring a cause.
A suit was pending in the Alpena circuit court in which George M. Slusser, judge of probate of Alpena county, for the use and benefit of Michael Kelley, the relator, was plaintiff, and Frank W. Gilchrist was defendant. The attorney of record for the defendant was C. E. Williams. An ex parte application was made to Hon. William H.
