The trial court gave judgment for specific performance in favor of Thomas E. and Joan M. Fogarty, hereafter plaintiffs or buyers, and against Maria T. Saathoff also known as Maria T. Swiskoski, hereafter defendant or seller, in respect to an agreement for the purchase and sale of a condominium. Defendant appeals.
