BICKS, District Judge.

The defendant Stein has brought on six motions, to wit:(1) A motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that the Grand Jury was improperly empanelled. Upon the argument this motion was withdrawn.(2) A motion for a bill of particulars. An analysis of the particulars demanded reveals that they are substantially similar to those heretofore sought by and denied to other defendants in this case. United States v. Flynn, D.C.S.D.
