JOHN MORGAN DAVIS, District Judge.
On January 27, 1971, the plaintiffs commenced the above captioned civil action alleging that they were experiencing substandard conditions in houses which they had purchased through mortgages insured by the Federal Housing Authority. At the same time, the plaintiffs initiated discovery by serving interrogatories upon the defendants. A response to these interrogatories either in the form of answers or objections was due pursuant to Rule 33(a) Fed.R.Civ.P.1 by March IS, 1971 but was not forthcoming, nor was any explanation offered for this failure to…
