delivered the opinion of the court.
In this case the appellees have filed a motion to dismiss the appeal taken by the employer in an action for wages under Act No. 10 of November 14, 1917 (vol. IT, p. 216), as subsequently amended. The appellant was notified of the motion and has filed no objection. The certificate issued by the clerk of the District Court of San Juan discloses the following facts:
