This is an original mandamus proceeding filed in this court by Maudy Laudine Collier King and Clyde W. Woody, guardian ad litem of Mrs. King’s minor children by a former marriage, Ear line and Cecil Faye Collier, against Elmo Payne, Clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals for the Seventh Supreme Judicial District, the Justices of said Court and Keystone-Fleming Transport Co., Inc., respondents.
