Petitioner, Gerald Dunham, appeals the order of the Orange Superior Court denying him the post-conviction relief he requested pursuant to 13 V.S.A. § 7131. In his petition he sought to have his sentence vacated; he also sought permission to withdraw his plea of guilty to commission of the crime of second degree murder and the right to enter a new plea.
