Henry Furnace Co. v. Kappelman

This case has been appealed to this court on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County granting to plaintiff an injunction permanently enjoining the de fendants, Kappelman and The Moncrief Furnace Company of Cleveland, Inc., from carrying on business in the corporate name of the latter defendant.
