Tbe appellant operates an electric light plant at Boone, Iowa.

*471At the time of the injury complained of, the appellee, who sues by his father as next friend, was about fifteen years of age. On May 14, 1919, he left school, and went to the plant of the appellant, in company with a boy named Myers, and there met the chief engineer of the appellant, who asked the boys if they wanted work; and, being told that they did, the engineer said he had a little work to be done.
