This ease arises out of a dispute between a worker’s compensation insurance carrier and the employee-claimant’s attorney. The carrier asserted that it was entitled to receive the full amount of a settlement with a third party obtained by the claimant’s attorney, without paying the attorney any amount as attorney’s fees or expenses.
