CHASE, Circuit Judge.

The debtor filed its petition for reorganization under section 77B in the District Court for the Southern District of New York on February 13, 1935, and the petition was approved the same day. Thereafter each of the appellees moved to reclaim property sold and delivered to the debtor under conditional sales contracts. One such petition related to an automobile truck and the others to machinery.
