McCLURE, District Judge.

BACKGROUND:

This unique case is before the court on post-trial motions following the return of a verdict in favor of two former troopers of the Pennsylvania State Police and an attorney for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. The issues presented involve primarily whether certain evidence was material and exculpatory within the meaning of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), whether this court erred with respect to certain evidentiary rulings and whether the jury verdict was unreasonable in light of the evidence…
