This is an action in trespass brought by plaintiffs, husband and wife, to recovery damages for personal injuries received by the wife-.-in a collision involving the defendant’s bus and the plaintiffs’ automobile. After a verdict in favor of each plaintiff the defendant moved for judgment n. o. v. These motions were denied.
