This matter is before the Court on the debtor’s Motion to Approve Entry of Order Relating to Poydras (Louisiana), LLC. The debtor is asking this Court to approve an agreement it reached with Poydras (Louisiana), LLC (“Poydras LA”), whereby Poydras LA would pay to the debtor any monetary distributions that Poydras LA would ordinarily make to WP New Orleans, L.L.C.
