This suit was brought to challenge the alleged efforts of administrators at Chicago State University to control the *739content of Tempo, the University’s student newspaper. Plaintiffs are George Providence II, the former student editor of the newspaper, and Dr. Gerian Steven Moore, who acted as faculty advisor for the paper until October 2008, when he was terminated from his position in the University’s public relations office.
