This case came before the Court below upon a petition for mandamus filed by the appellant in which he alleged that he was a citizen, taxpayer and qualified voter of Prince George’s County, in the State of Maryland, and was a duly nominated candidate of the Republican party for the office of County Commissioner of said county at the general election occurring in the year 1901; that the appellees compose the Board of Supervisors of Election for said county; that on the 26th day of October, 1901, one of the said supervisors produced at a meeting held by the board on that day, what purported to…
