Defendant, V. P. McCann, was charged in the court of common pleas of Oklahoma county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, to wit: 18 pints of tax-paid liquor. His plea of not guilty was withdrawn, and he entered a plea of guilty in this and three other cases, in which the defendant vras charged with a like offense, on different dates, and different quantities of intoxicating liquor. He was by the court, upon his plea of guilty, sentenced in each of the four cases to pay a fine of $200, and to serve a term of 60 days in the county jail in each of said cases, the terms…
