HENLEY, Chief Judge.

This land condemnation suit commenced by plaintiff, United States of America, is now before the Court for disposition of a controversy which has arisen between Oscar Barger and Gracie Barger, his wife, on the one hand, and Glenn Barnum and Oneita Barnum Bradford, on the other hand, as to the ownership at the time of the Government’s taking of Tract 1515.1 Since the Court will be required to order appropriate distribution of the compensation to be paid by the Government for the taking of this tract, the Court has ancillary jurisdiction to determine who owned the land when…
