This is a dissenting opinion largely because I simply cannot understand how a judgment can be affirmed when the end result of the opinion, as I read the last paragraph, actually sustains appellant’s argument that, as stated in her point 11 for reversal, “The exception in Article 9, § 3 of the Constitution of Arkansas does not apply to the appellant and the estate of Clyde Sulcer, deceased, is entitled to the homestead exemption.
