CHADICK, Chief Justice.
This is a suit for declaratory judgment. It was dismissed on motion of the appellees and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
The City of Gladewater, Texas, as plaintiff filed this action naming as defendants L. W. Pelphrey and Dale Gooding, individually and as class representatives of a class and group of persons who petitioned the County Judge of Gregg County to hold an incorporation election for an area in Gregg County to be known as Clarksville City, Texas, the town of Clarksville City itself, the County Judge and the State of Texas.
