Plaintiff The Timken Company (Timken) seeks through a motion for rehearing the issuance of a preliminary injunction enjoining the liquidation of entries of tapered roller bearings pending this court’s review of the administrative record. 1 A nearly identical request was denied on December 22, 1982 in The Timken Co. v. United States, 4 CIT-, 553 F.Supp. 1060 (1982). During the intervening seven months, however, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) issued its opinion in Zenith Radio Corp. v.
