This is an appeal by the city of-Vicksburg from a judgment against it for fifteen hundred dollars in favor of Dr. H. H. Harralson as damages for personal injuries received by him on account of being “bumped” in his automobile whe nhe was driving over a “bumper” placed in Drummond street by the city authorities for the purpose of warning auto drivers of the danger of a street intersection.
