SPURLOCK, Justice.

This is a case involving a suit for change of child custody under Tex. Family Code Ann. § 14.08 (1975). When the parties were divorced in November of 1972, the mother was appointed managing conservator of their two minor children. In February, 1975, the father filed a petition seeking a change of custody of the children from their mother to him. Trial was to the court.
