FORD, District Judge.

The several defendants in this criminal case move to suppress evidence alleged to have been obtained by unlawful search and seizure. The indictment charges defendants with possession of a still set up, which they had failed to register, 26 U.S.C.A. § 2810(a), engaging in the business of distiller with intent to defraud the United States of the tax on the spirits distilled, 26 U.S.C.
