After he was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and of unlawfully possessing with intent to distribute cocaine, the appellant was sentenced to 210 months’ imprisonment pursuant to the United States Sentencing Commission Guidelines Manual (Nov. 2001) (Guidelines) based on an offense level of 32 and a criminal history category of VI.
