James 0. Driver appeals from a summary judgment. The trial court held that appellant raised no relevant factual issues, that his attempted amendments to the bylaws of the United Telequipment Corporation were invalid because contrary to statute, and that respondents’ actions in adding themselves to the corporation’s board of directors and removing appellant as president were valid. We affirm the judgment.
