In this case, an attorney representing a juvenile charged -with murder in Essex County kept secret from his client that he—the attorney—had been indicted for criminal stalking in the same county. Indeed, the attorney did not disclose to his client that both simultaneously were criminal defendants being prosecuted by the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
