Appellee, whose business was that of soliciting life insurance, filed his bill of complaint charging a conspiracy between the Aetna Life Insurance Company, the Columbian National Life Insurance Company, of each of which he was an agent, various named insurance agents and various other persons connected either with the Life Underwriters Association of Chicago or Managers’ Association, and Thomas J.
