ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Richard Fowler, was employed as a marketing supervisor for the defendant, Great American Insurance Companies (Great American). Fowler’s complaint alleges Great American discharged him in retaliation for upholding certain provisions of the Illinois Insurance Code (Code), Ill.Rev.Stat. ch. 73 H 204.1 et seq. Great American has moved to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
