CAVE, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, reversing an award of the Industrial Commission. This is the second appeal in this case, see Woodward v. J. J. Grier Co., Mo. App., 252 S.W.2d 844. In that opinion we remanded the cause for the reason that the Referee had not made findings of fact on the one controverted fact issue, viz.: whether the claimant had signed a certain written contract at the time of employment.
