This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court affirming a final award of the Industrial Commission in a proceeding under the workmen’s compensation law.
Mae Garner alleged in her claim for compensation that on May 28, 1952, she stumbled over a pile of lumber while carrying a bundle of clothes in the course of her employment with Research Clinic, a corporation, and that as a result her back and lower left leg were injured.
