The appellee, Joseph Emory Hutson, and his first wife, Mary, were owners as tenants by the entireties of the fee simple property, located in the City of Baltimore, which is known as No. 701 East Twentieth Street, where, for a number of years, they resided and conducted a grocery business. Mary Hutson died on the 15th day of May in the year 1932, the title to said property thereby vesting solely in the appellee, who continued to reside upon it and conduct business thereon.
