Upon the conclusion of the evidence in this case, the trial court instructed the jury, to whom the cause was submitted, to find for appellee. The-jury so found, and final judgment was rendered that appellant take nothing by her suit. A motion for a new trial was filed by her. This motion was overruled, and the ruling is here assigned as error. Other assignments of error were made, but they have not been discussed.
