MEMORANDUM
KATZ, District Judge.
Plaintiff instituted this action in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County to recover damages from alleged defamation in the course of his employment with defendant, Amtrak. Plaintiff alleges he was injured as a result of the carelessness, recklessness and negligence of Amtrak. Complaint, at ¶ 10. Compensation for injuries is presumably sought pursuant to the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. (FELA).
