MEMORANDUM OPINION

Rufe, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a pro se prisoner currently incarcerated at State Correctional Institution (SCI) Fayette, has filed an Amended Complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants Michael Wenerowiez, former Superintendent of SCI Graterford, and David Lentz, a correctional officer at SCI Graterford. Now before the Court are Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint.1
