(after stating the facts as above). The objection to the jurisdiction of the district court is not tenable. Though the appellee is a foreign insurance company, its policy was issued at Chicago, in the state of Illinois, and no law of comity is violated by litigating any rights claimed under or growing out of the policy in t he courts of the country where it was issued and by whose laws its validity must be determined.
